TListDialogFlags

Enum used to select single/multiple select, if distribution lists should be visible

`EListDialogDefault`	Multiple select, fisheye and distrubution lists.
`EListDialogSingleSelect`	Single select if this flag is not set
`EListDialogNoFisheye`	No fisheye if this flag is set.
`EListDialogNoDistributionLists`	No distribution lists shown if this flag is set.
`EListDialogShowRemoteAddressBook`	If there is current support for this, display the remote addressbook if this flag is set
